A recent testimonial from Heathdale Christian College
“360 Victoria has built a number of Virtual Tours for Heathdale Christian College. Our first tour was created as part of the launch campaign for our Secondary Creative Arts Building. It was the perfect way to introduce this important new facility to our wider community. For Secondary parents, it allowed them to explore in detail the result of their Building Fund contributions. For parents of younger children, it gave them a view of their child’s future facilities. And for prospective parents, it gave a deep look into the College’s level of investment and care it takes in ensuring our students are well catered for in their learning journey.
When the COVID-19 pandemic began to take shape in Australia and it looked like the education system might be transitioning to a Remote Learning mode, we knew we would need Virtual Tours to assist our enrolment process. We currently have two campuses; our second campus is still growing steadily and giving prospective applicants a tour is a crucial step. 360 Victoria were incredibly prompt, and managed to work within a very tight window to deliver Virtual Tour models and 360 photos of both our campuses.
Since then, the Virtual Tours have been a feature of our enrolment application process. It has enabled us to host Virtual Tour Days in lieu of physical Visitors Days and Tours. These experiences have been vital in giving potential applicants confidence in their enrolment choice. It’s also given us an anchoring reason to engage face-to-face with potential applicants, and the feedback we’ve received from these guided tours has been overwhelmingly positive.
360 Victoria’s attention to detail and prompt delivery was key to the success of our transition to a fully virtual enrolment process, and the value the Virtual Tours has created for us far outweighs the affordable cost of creating them.”
